Why does my cat need a water fountain instead of a bowl?
Cats evolved from desert animals and instinctively distrust still water. A running fountain triggers their natural drinking instinct — meaning they drink significantly more water, which is better for their long-term health and helps prevent UTIs and kidney issues.

What makes the SummerFlow different from other fountains?
The SummerFlow is the only cat fountain in its class with a built-in motion sensor — it only runs when your cat is nearby, saving electricity and keeping the water fresher for longer.

Is it suitable for dogs too?
Yes, smaller dogs can use it. It's designed primarily for cats.

How loud is it?
Almost silent. You won't notice it from another room.

How much water does it hold?
2.5 litres — suitable for single or multi-cat households.

Does it need to be plugged in at all times?
It uses a USB power source. The motion sensor means it only activates when your cat approaches, saving energy automatically.

Is it safe for my cat?
Yes. All materials are BPA-free and food-grade safe.


Filters

What's the difference between the No Filter and With Cotton Filters versions?
The With Cotton Filters version includes a carbon filter that removes impurities, hair, and debris — giving your cat even cleaner water. Recommended for multi-cat households or cats with longer fur.

How often should I change the filter?
Every 4–6 weeks, or sooner if water flow slows or discolouration appears. Replacement filters are available in our store.

Can I run the fountain without the filter?
Yes, the fountain works without the filter. We still recommend cleaning it weekly.

Where do you ship to?
United Kingdom only.

How long does delivery take?
5–9 working days from the date of your order.

How will my order be shipped?
Via tracked international shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free on all orders over £40.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email within 2–3 days of ordering.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
30 days from delivery. Email us within 30 days if you're not happy.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us with your order number and a photo within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.

How do I start a return?

How do I clean the fountain?
Disassemble and wash all parts with warm soapy water every 1–2 weeks. Avoid dishwashers. Rinse thoroughly before reassembling.

Do you have a physical store?
No, Zoomies is online only.
